A Short Story for Management

Once upon a time there was a very poor backward country. According to its customs, any body was free to become its undisputed King of the country for five years - but with the condition that after five years, immediately he would had to leave for dense forests inhabited by dangerous wild animals and other poisonous creatures. Thus, within a few days of entering the forests, he was destined to meet a tragic death. Once a person named Faltoo offered himself for the kingship. Just after solemnizing the RAJ TILAK, he left no stone unturned to initiate/implement various emergent programs for the all- round growth and development of the country on the one hand and simultaneously of the forests on the other hand. . The country turned - up to be the most prosperous one. People were happy. And,on completion of five years' tenure, when Faltoo, the King, offered to leave for the forests, the entire country came on the roads to appeal him for his continuance as the King. Faltoo was determined to leave. At the time of his departing , a large number of people also accompanied him. Everybody was surprised to see that the dense forests by that time were the most developed area in all respect. Later on, the same forest was declared as the capital of that country , which Faltoo ruled till his death.
